Open Window: Series and Vibes
One Love Foundation announces Open Window, a series of workshops with artists, musicians and other cultural practitioners, and sundowner DJ sets. Every month from now, we open our window on Elsenstr. 75 and welcome interested friends to participate in art workshops to make our neighbourhood and initiative a vibrant space for creativity. We invite artists and media personalities to lead weekend workshops open to the public, following which, there is an open window DJ session to set the vibes. Open spaces for the arts are vanishing in Berlin, as the capitalist pressures are getting tougher and tougher. Young people, and adults, especially those who are already marginalized by the system, suffer significantly under this development. This is why One Love Foundation provides a physical space to experiment with different art forms, to get inspiration, to discover talents, dreams and abilities.
